Job Description:
Hands On Licensed Engineer required to work on Company aircraft and third party client aircraft.
Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that all work under their control is carried out in accordance with EASA/CAA regulations.
To ensure that all control paperwork is completed in ink and that Tany work called up outside the scope of the maintenance schedule is adequately ‘staged’ and monitored.
To ensure that there is adequate liaison and handover between shifts and that the handover diary is made up at the end of each shift.
To ensure that on completion of any particular check or rectification the aircraft is not released until a final check inspection has been carried out and the completed work pack returned to Technical records department.
To ensure that all disturbed flying controls have a duplicate inspection carried out before release to service.
Nominated to certify maintenance checks in accordance with Part 66 license and company policy.
To be responsible for the maintenance and developing his/her license for the maintenance and quality of aircraft maintained by the company.
To integrate and work hands on as part of a small aircraft engineering team on a rotating shift pattern covering 6 days a week (Hand skills are essential)
