No unsolicited email
During our online booking process you will be asked for your email address this is for communication purposes regarding your booking only. We also ask you during the process if you would like to receive marketing emails, we undertake to only send our marketing emails to those people that have indicated they would like to receive them.
We do not data mine, we do not purchase lists of email addresses and we do not knowingly send unsolicited marketing emails.
Email Address security
We treat customer details with the utmost security, our systems are encrypted and the physical equipment is safely locked away.
We will never sell or share customer details with other companies outside of the Group.
Subscription
If you receive email marketing from us but do not want it or never requested it please click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email and return the email, we will ensure that in future no marketing emails are sent to that address.
We aim to prevent the spread of spam by not knowingly sending more out, our marketing emails are only sent to people who have specifically requested them.
